Noor Azam, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Noor Azam, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in cardiovascular care. Originally from Chicago, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University before relocating to Tampa, Florida, where she completed her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of South Florida and became a Nurse Practitioner. 

With over nine years of healthcare experience, Noor began her NP career in primary care, building a strong foundation in preventive medicine and the management of chronic conditions. She later transitioned into cardiology, where she focuses on the evaluation and management of a wide range of cardiovascular conditions while emphasizing patient education and long-term heart health.

Noor believes in building strong relationships with her patients through education, open communication, and shared decision-making, empowering them to take an active role in improving their cardiovascular health and overall well-being.
