As Executive Director of Bay Area Cardiology & Vascular Associates, Stephanie provides leadership across both clinical and business operations. Her areas of expertise include Lean Six Sigma, project management, clinical operations, practice administration, financial management, revenue cycle optimization, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, provider relations, and organizational strategy.

Throughout her career, Stephanie has successfully led complex initiatives focused on improving operational efficiency, strengthening team performance, enhancing the patient experience, and creating sustainable organizational growth. She is passionate about developing innovative solutions, building effective systems, and creating high-performing teams where providers and staff are empowered to succeed.
