Stephanie Kada brings more than 20 years of experience in healthcare operations and management, leading physician practices with a commitment to operational excellence, strategic growth, and exceptional patient outcomes.

Stephanie has extensive experience in Lean Six Sigma, project management, and multi-specialty physician practice operations. Her expertise spans clinical operations, practice administration, financial management, revenue cycle optimization, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, provider relations, and organizational strategy. She has successfully led initiatives that improve operational efficiency, strengthen team performance, enhance the patient experience, and support sustainable practice growth.

Known for her collaborative leadership style and results-driven approach, Stephanie is passionate about building high-performing teams, implementing innovative solutions, and fostering a culture of excellence. She is dedicated to ensuring every patient receives compassionate, high-quality cardiovascular care while empowering providers and staff to succeed.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time outdoors, following developments in cryptocurrency, making lasting memories with her son, and bringing a little humor to everyone’s day—believing that a smile and a positive attitude are just as important in the workplace as they are in life.
